Kunaurra is an aboriginal word meaning 'plant seed'. In a supportive and encouraging environment, our service aims to facilitate healing and personal growth, planting seeds for the creation of a brighter future.  We have two therapists, Cheryl and Lindy who offer counselling and psychotherapy in their unique areas of expertise.

Cheryl Taylor, Expressive Therapist and Family/Relationship Counsellor, is committed to empowering her clients to move forward with renewed confidence, self-awareness and clarity of mind and purpose. As well as working with adults and couples, Cheryl also has a special interest in working with children and adolescents, using Expressive Therapies such as Sandplay, Symbols, Movement & Art.  Cheryl practices in Clifton Hill, Port Melbourne and Caroline Springs.

Lindy Chaleyer is a Counsellor in Clifton Hill, Brighton East and Caroline Springs.  Lindy's specialities include working with people touched by a chronic condition or a life threatening disease, counselling families with troubled adolescents and working with families faced with placing a loved one into long-term care.  Lindy draws on life experience and a range of counselling techniques to support clients in gaining greater understanding and developing strategies to cope with these challenging situations.
